When is my bill due?
If you contract with Big’s directly, you can check your bill for the due date. If your municipality contracts with Big’s you will not have a separate sanitation bill.
How do I pay my bill?
Paying cash: If you’re paying in cash, that must be done at our office during normal business hours.
Pay by check: mail checks along with your bill to: Big’s Sanitation

Do you accept Doxo, Venmo, crypto currency, or other alternative payment systems?
No, we do not. Please do not attempt to pay your bill like this.
Do you have payment plans?
No, but we do prorate your first month’s bill if you start in the middle of a month.
When is payment due for roll-off containers?
Roll-off containers are due 30 days after pick up and final determination of weight. You will receive a bill.
Do you offer discounts for annual payment?
Not at this time.
